Yale®️ YK SLE3 Electronic Control Module Training
This recorded webinar is on the Yale YK SLE3 electronic control module, a critical safety component in our Yale YK wire rope hoist. The SLE3 helps prevent unsafe actions that can cause the hoist to overheat or be overloaded. It does this by receiving commands from a controller, such as a pendant or radio remote control, and determining whether to allow that command to happen. The webinar provides an overview of SLE3 operation and basic troubleshooting.
Prerequisite: Attendees should have a basic understanding of meter reading to get the most value out of this training webinar.
Topics include:
-
Understanding the language of the SLE3, reading its inputs and outputs, and how they can be used to solve module issues.
-
Determining the cause of common SLE3 faults and how to solve them.
-
Dealing with challenging faults, including overheating, overloads, and broken cables.
