Single Serve Wine Bottles

Infinity® Series Accumulator #1-2 will accumulate 2,555 Full Plastic 8 oz. beverage containers for 4.3 minutes. Depending on the line conditions, bottles will either accumulate on the Infinity™ Table or convey through the outfeed system to the Labeler. The constraint within the line is the Filler and must be kept running to increase product throughput. By integrating a buffer between the Filler and Labeler this allows the Filler to continue functioning when the Labeler temporarily shuts down. Once the Labeler is running the Infinity Accumulator temporarily outfeeds at surge speed until rebalancing, then continues at normal rate, decreasing product backup and increasing product throughput.
